This North Dallas home is one of a few projects we've completed within an HOA. The project was done in two phases, beginning with the side yard in 2017 and completion of front yard in 2018. We were able to work with the already garden-savvy homeowners to create this beautiful space, while also garnering approval of the design from the HOA. The project includes a dry riverbed, stone edging, specialty trees, a stone patio, and the homeowner’s veggie garden. This garden is a great example of what is possible with a smaller space.
